We've successfully passed aging tests both in our lab and using a 3rd party company and it didn't happen a single time after 2 years of continuous usage that a brushette came out. If you snapped it in correctly it cannot come out. If you didn't snap it in correctly it just won't work. And to remove the brushette you need both hands so accidental removals are also out of questions.
